Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay former farmhouse, now subdivided. Squared and coursed rubble to front pointed back, random rubble sides and rear.

W ELEVATION: to Drum Street; widely spaced bays; door to centre with simple scroll- bracketed doorpiece, windows flanking, 3 windows at 1st floor. Small window at ground floor left of N GABLE, otherwise blind. Single storey cottage adjoining S GABLE.

Modern stair to rear giving access to 1st floor.

Sash and case windows with 4-pane glazing at ground floor, replacement windows at 1st floor with adhesive astragals. Grey slates, skews removed, rendered and lined stacks with ashlar cope.
