Description

Mid-later 19th century. Single storey 3-bay cottage built on rising ground. Coursed ashlar, rubble sides and rear, eaves course. Central 4-panelled door with strip fanlight, pilastered and corniced door surround with blocking course. Widely spaced windows flanking; timber sash and case with 4-pane glazing pattern. Grey slates, ashlar skews, corniced end stacks. 3 traditional and 1 modern rooflight to attic.

Rubble garden walls at rear with stone arched overthrow. Rubble retaining wall to front garden.
