Statement of Interest

Evendene is one of a number of good gabled villas along the Rosneath Road. It is very similar in style to its neighbour Birken Hillock which is listed separately. Evendene and Birken Hillock share architectural elements with Seymour lodge (LB43465) designed by Alexander Thomson. The house is not shown on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map.

Minor updates to Description and Statement of Special Interest sections in 2017.
