Description

Circa 1800 with later alterations and additions. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with shop at ground in terrace, sited on ground falling to SW. Painted render with painted ashlar dressings. Strip pilasters.

SE ELEVATION: regularly-disposed windows at 1st and 2nd floors. Panelled door to left of centre at ground. Modern stair/tenement door to outer left. Square 19th century shop window in bay to right at ground.

NW ELEVATION: not seen, 1995.

Modern timber pivot 4-pane windows. Purple slated roof. Harled stack to right.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.
