Description

Mid 19th century with later alterations and additions. Single storey with attic, 3-bay house with wing to NE, positioned at end of terrace. Painted stugged ashlar with some render repairs and painted finely droved ashlar dressings; rendered SW elevation. Quoin strips.

SE ELEVATION: deep-set door to centre with plate glass letterbox fanlight above; corniced doorpiece. Window at ground in bay to right with dormer above, breaking eaves. Half-piended canted window at ground of bay to left with dormer above, breaking eaves. 2 windows to slightly set back wing to outer right.

NW ELEVATION: not seen, 1995.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Slate roof. Coped wallhead stack to each side elevation.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.

BOUNDARY WALL, GATEPIERS AND RAILINGS: sandstone ashlar coped whinstone wall with fine cast-iron railings. Ashlar stop-chamfered, square-plan gatepiers with shaped top to each.
