Description

Early 19th century with later additions and alterations. 2-storey, 2-bay tenement in terrace. Painted whinstone rubble, ashlar margins and droved ashlar tails.

NW (WEST PORT) ELEVATION: modern flush door in bay to left with window at 1st floor above. Later bipartite window at ground of bay to right with ashlar mullion; window at 1st floor above.

SE ELEVATION: not seen, 1996.

12-pane timber sash and case windows at 1st floor; plate glass timber sash and case windows at ground. Slate roof. Brick mutual stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1996.
