Description

Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house in irregular terrace. Dressed ashlar. Base and eaves courses. Raised margins and stop- chamfered arrises.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Block-pedimented, concave- moulded doorway with deep-set panelled timber door and plate glass fanlight at centre, windows in flanking bays; windows to outer bays at 1st floor.

4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with polygonal cans, ashlar-coped skews and cast- iron downpipe with decorative rainwater hopper to SW.
