Description

Late 19th century. Small 3-storey tenement with shop at ground. Harl with stone margins. Bracketed and lugged surrounds above ground. Base and eaves courses.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: deep-set glazed door to centre with windows in flanking bays, 2 windows to each floor above.

E ELEVATION: variety of elements including round centre stair tower.

4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows to 1st and 2nd floors; fixed plate glass glazing to ground. Grey slate. Coped ashlar stacks and ashlar-coped skews.
