Description

Earlier 19th century, altered at ground later 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay small tenement, adjoining No 47 to W. Dry-dash with raised stone margins. Base and eaves courses. Stone mullions.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: pitch-roofed, bracketed timber porch with pendant finials, decorative cast-iron finial and 2-leaf panelled timber door in bay to right, canted tripartite dormer window to left and pend entrance with timber door and blocked fanlight to outer right.

2 windows to 1st floor and 2 19th century rooflights above.

12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with full complement of polygonal cans.
