Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house on falling ground. Rendered with painted base course, architraved openings, quoin strips and cornice. Door to centre closely flanked by windows. 2 canted, slate-hung piend-roofed dormers above. Rear elevation substantially altered. Timber 4-pane sash and case windows, plate glass to dormers. Grey slates. Coped skews with block skewputts.

Part of the Hill Street (formerly Hill Place) Conservation Area. Setted foreground and paved street.
