Description

Late 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay irregular-plan house. Whinstone; painted dressings. Base course; mutuled cornice, quoins and window surrounds.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 3-bay, with outer right bay gabled and advanced. Shouldered entrance to centre; modern door with narrow letterbox fanlight; narrow window to right; corniced tripartite window to left; regular fenestration at 1st floor. Advanced bay with hoodmoulds to tripartite window at ground and bipartite window at 1st floor. Single windows to both floors of return to re-entrant angle.

Modern windows; some blinded. Grey slate roof; stone skews; coped gablehead stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS AND RAILINGS: coped whinstone boundary walls; decorative railings.
