Description

Earlier 19th century. 2 storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan symmetrically fronted house facing harbour. Harl. Painted margins to openings.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central entrance; timber door with letterbox fanlight; single windows flanking at ground. Regular fenestration at 1st floor; windows break eaves to form gables.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skew to outer left; coped stack to outer left; polygonal cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

Statement of Interest

A prominent earlier 19th century house fronting the harbour, adjacent to Nos 25 and 21 (see separate list descriptions).
