Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. Single storey and attic rectangular-plan crowstepped-gabled house sited to rear of number 24 Alfred Street, at right angles to it; entrance to S elevation (inaccessible). Harled. Fixed small-paned timber-framed windows. Replaced grey slate roof; coped harled gablehead stacks; stone ridge; cast-iron rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
