Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 5-bay tenement in irregular terrace. Coursed, heavily pointed and lined rubble with raised ashlar margins and dressed quoins. Eaves course.

W ELEVATION: symmetrical. 3 recessed steps up to deep-set boarded timber door with 2-pane fanlight at centre and windows in flanking bays; regular fenestration close to eaves at 1st floor.

4-pane glazing in timber sash and case and top-opening windows. Traditional clay pantiles. Coped ashlar stacks and ashlar-coped skews.
