Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house converted to office and flatted accommodation. Harl with painted margins. Base and eaves courses. Corniced and pilastered doorcase.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: deep-set unusually panelled timber door to centre bay with later bipartite window to right and window to left, regular fenestration close to eaves at 1st floor and small piended, slate-hung, timber dormer windows over outer bays.

E ELEVATION: largely blank gabled elevation with small opening to ground right.

4-pane and plate glass glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with full complement of polygonal cans and thackstanes; ashlar-coped skews. Cast-iron downpipes with decorative rainwater hopper to right.
