Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay, terraced classical tenement. Harl with architraved surrounds. Corniced doorway.

S ELEVATION: timber door to left of centre with window in flanking bays and elliptical-arched pend to outer right. Regular fenestration (close to eaves) at 1st floor.

N ELEVATION: symmetrical fenestration including round stair tower projecting at centre.

Plate glass glazing in top-opening timber windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with polygonal cans and ashlar-coped skews.

In 1890, together with No 1, this property was owned by Mrs Janet Isles of Ben Dhu, Bennochy Road.
