Earlier 19th century. Rectangular-plan, piend-roofed gig house/workshop. Rubble with raised ashlar margins and Angus stone slates.

S (BACK DYKES) ELEVATION: 2 boarded timber cart/machinery doors with timber lintels.

N ELEVATION: 2 window openings.
