Statement of Interest

Built on the southern rise out of Kirkwall, this house retains its originality of form, the rear elevation facing Bignold Park. Despite not being evident on the 1st edition OS map the 1st floor windows, set close under the eaves, and the plain symmetrical main elevation, indicate an early date.
