Description

Earlier to mid 19th century, renovated 1998. 3-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan, piend-roofed tenement with anchoring buttresses. Harled with painted margins.

NE (BURN'S WYND) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Door to centre at ground floor with windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to each floor above.

SE (SHORE) ELEVATION: 3 windows to each floor with 4 buttresses to ground and timpany gable breaking eaves at centre.

12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Pantiles. Coped harled stacks with cans.
