Boarded timber doors accessing garden to N and W; timber gates to E. Modern tennis court inserted to NW. Modern pond formed to S. Some remains of formal layout. Single storey, mono-pitched, rubble-built potting shed adjoining outer elevation W wall.

A large walled garden set to the NE of and still associated with Mordington House (itself rebuilt in 1974). The insertion of a tennis court and formation of a pond are additions dating to after 1985.
