Statement of Interest

A late, but well-detailed house, notable for the retention of its cart opening, timber windows and panelled door. The 1858 OS map shows something on site to the rear (no longer in place). Listed not least for its group value - forming part of a terrace in the centre of Coldingham village, opposite the market cross (see separate list entries for the flanking Bromley House and Anchor Inn).
