Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan, plain classical former manse with single storey wing. Dressed squared rubble with stugged and droved ashlar quoins, stone cills. Chamfered arrises, and stop-chamfered arrises to porch. Base and eaves courses.
SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: centre bay at ground with pilastered stone porch with cavetto cornice and blocking course, panelled timber door and plate glass fanlight to SW, narrow lights to SE and NE; windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor.
NE ELEVATION: single storey piended wing to right of centre with panelled timber door, letterbox fanlight and flanking windows to SE; window to 1st floor at outer left, and 2 wallhead stacks.
SW ELEVATION: each floor with window in bay slightly to right of centre, further window to outer left at ground, and 2 wallhead stacks above.
NW ELEVATION: single storey garage projecting at ground, with 3 windows at 1st floor.
Lying 12-pane glazing pattern in tall narrow timber sash and case windows. Slated piend and platform roof. Coped ashlar stacks with polygonal cans. Overhanging eaves.
INTERIOR: not seen 1999.
BOUNDARY WALLS: semicircular-coped quadrant and boundary walls.
Former Rosslands Church of Scotland manse, and United Presbyterian manse by 1894.
