Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. 2-storey, 5-bay, T-plan small tenement with nepus gable. Dry-dash with stone margins. Base and eaves lintel courses.

SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: panelled timber door in bay to right of centre at ground, window to outer right and 2 further windows to centre and left bays, pend entrance to outer left; small windows to right and left of centre at 1st floor, and further small window breaking into nepus gable at centre. Modern rooflight abutting ridge to right of centre.

NE ELEVATION: gabled T-projection to centre with window to right of centre at ground and 2 windows to 1st floor.

NW ELEVATION: asymmetrical elevation with blank gable to right of centre and variety of openings in recessed wing to left.

SE ELEVATION: mirrors NW elevation.

4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Slates. Harled stacks with cans and thackstanes. Ashlar-coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALLS: semicircular-coped harl and rubble, and flat-coped brick boundary walls.
