Early 20th century. Slightly humpbacked rustic footbridge with segmental-headed arch. Finely coursed rockfaced sandstone with finely coursed rockfaced sandstone voussoirs and rounded coping of similar design.
A well-preserved rustic footbridge, probably contemporary with the opening of Pittencrieff Park to the public. Pittencrieff House and its grounds were purchased by Andrew Carnegie in 1902. The grounds were opened as a public park the following year and are included in the Inventory of Gardens and Designed Landscapes. See separate list descriptions for other park buildings.
