Statement of Interest

The cottage is largely unchanged from its original build. The porch is ornate for such a simple cottage, and is probably a later addition. The name Fordel Dean appears on the 1812 map but the map only depicts larger buildings. The cottage is first distinctly marked on the 1st Edition OS map.
