Statement of Interest

The later 19th century Eglinton Terrace (see separate list description) was developed by following the line of building in Cassilis Street to the centre of the Citadel enclosure (Dodd, pp348, 359). Nos 12 and 14 were the first two houses in the terrace of Nos 6-14 (Even Nos) appearing on the Ordnance Survey map, 1858.
