Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey and attic, 2-bay tenement with modern shopfront at ground floor. Coursed, squared sandstone. 2nd floor cill course; cornice; blocking course. Architraved window margins at 1st and 2nd floors.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central entrance to shopfront (No 124) to left; 2-leaf glazed door; letterbox fanlight; flanking shop windows; boarded timber door (No 126) to right. Regular fenestration to upper floors; double-width box dormer at attic.

Plate glass, 4- and 12-pane timber sash and case windows at upper floors. Grey slate roof; slated dormer; stone skews; mutual brick stack to left; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
