Statement of Interest

A substantial villa sited prominently above the Quarter Cake, with distinctive glazing and fine boundary walls now in poor condition. The canted bays and the 2-storey square projection to the rear would appear to date to a substantial overhaul of the property in the late 19th century or around 1900, with the addition of new glazing and a Tudor lodge.
