Description

Peddie & Kinnear, circa 1860. Single storey, 8-bay, rectangular-plan ancillary building. Squared rubble with contrasting ashlar dressings. Chamfered arrises and raked cills.

NW ELEVATION: lower recessed bay with window to outer left, 8 large windows (grouped toward left) at right (bay 7 possibly door).

NE ELEVATION: blank gabled elevation.

12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks. Ashlar-coped skews with moulded skewputts.
