Description

Circa 1900. Single span, gentle segmental-arched iron footbridge with decorative slender-balustered ironwork parapets, barleytwist posts dividing sections with 3 pairs of scrollwork braces, and knob finialled barleytwist posts framing entrances. Gate to N end. Boarded timber deck.

The segmental curve of the bridge is particularly of note and provides the distinctive character of this simple, elegant structure.
