Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house with corniced and pilastered doorway. Squared and snecked rubble with painted margins and lined pointing.

NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Part-glazed timber door with timber-blocked fanlight to centre at ground, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration close to eaves at 1st floor.

SW ELEVATION: gabled elevation with window to left at 1st floor.

NE (UNION TERRACE) ELEVATION: gabled bay to right with window to each floor at outer right, lower slightly set-back bay to left with altered door to right and 2 large modern rooflights.

12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with thackstanes and some cans.
