History

Probably C17 origins of cruck construction; modern renovation;

Exterior

L-shaped 1 storey rubble front with plinth; steep slate roof with boarded eaves and red brick chimney stack to rear. Modern small-pane sash windows, the upper with swept roof and cill almost touching ground floor lintel. Reeded pilasters and dentil cornice to doorcase; boarded door. Rendered rear overlapping with No 29, between which there is a studded internal partition wall.

Interior

Stop-chamfered purlins and cross beam to front parlour.
