Wide 40-pane sash windows on ground and first floors, with continuous sill band to first floor; renewed casement windows to attic storey, End wall stack, shared with No 28.
Forms part of a group with Nos 23, 24-25, 26, 28 and 29 Chester Street, a surviving C19 streetscape now rare in Wrexham.
