History

Built as a house c1800 and now used as offices.

Exterior

Render over brick with slate roof. 3 storeys, single window range with entrance to left. Panelled door with radial fanlight in moulded pedimented architrave. Wide 40-pane sash windows on ground and first floors, with continuous sill band to first floor; renewed casement windows to attic storey, End wall stack, shared with No 28.

Reasons for Listing

Forms part of a group with Nos 23, 24-25, 26, 28 and 29 Chester Street, a surviving C19 streetscape now rare in Wrexham.
