History

Early C19. Believed to have been built 1827. Former coach-house and stable range to Ynys Hafod.

Exterior

Former coach-house/stable range converted to dwelling. Roughcast-rendered and painted, shallow-pitched slate roof with sprocketed eaves. L-shaped plan. Two storeys. Three bays wide, the centre projecting and gabled; platband, plinth. Casement windows, all C20 glazing: single triple-lights at centre on each floor, narrow flanking ground floor lights. Deep painted stone plinth. All glazing to rear is C20.
