History

Probably C17 in basic walling but now very largely late C20 in character with all replaced features and a large rear extension.

Exterior

Rendered and painted, possibly with some timber framing internally, with a Welsh slate roof. Small two bay house with off-centre entrance. One and a half storeys, parallel to the street with an equal size range added to the rear elevation in the late C20. All the features are late C20 replacements. Plain door flanked by small pane casements with louvred shutters, similar casements in half dormers above. Steeply pitched roof which would probably once have been thatched, tall red brick stack to right gable against the taller No. 6. Rear elevation of the old range is completely obscured by an equally sized late C20 extension with a further lean-to extension.

Interior

Only the ground floor was seen at resurvey. This is entirely late C20 in character with no older features visible.
