History

Not built up on 1848 Meyrick estate map; street was named after Edward Laws who died 1854.

Exterior

Circa 1850-60 terraced house in stucco with slate roof, N end stack removed. Basement and two storeys, two-window range of 16-pane sashes with arch-headed 3-panel door and fanlight to left. Channelled ground floor with band under first-floor sills. Iron railings (matching those on adjoining houses) to basement area and slate steps down.
