Exterior

Circa 1850 terraced house, stepped uphill from No 42, painted roughcast with slate roof and rendered W stack. Two-storey three-window front of hornless 16-pane sashes and painted slate sills. Two slate steps to centre arched doorway with four-panel door and radiating tracery fanlight.

Reasons for Listing

One of the least altered houses in the row, not marked on 1848 Meyrick estate map but built shortly afterwards.

Group value with No 42 adjoining.
