Probably early C17. A building shown on this site on 1834 plan of Brecknock.

Exterior

No.1 has smooth render, gabled dormer, casment window; camber-headed doorway.

Interior

Turning stair and fireplace with stone bressumer on chamfered jambs; ceiling beams.
