History

Early to mid C19 three-storey row of houses.

Exterior

Nos.80 and 81: each with modern window to top floor, and 4-pane sash windows to first and ground floors. No.80 with six-panelled door and No.81 with half-glazed panelled door.

The rear elevations are of four storeys and overhang the River Honddu in a picturesque manner.

Reasons for Listing

Group of 4 late Georgian houses forming important focal point at the bottom of the footpath leading down from Priory Groves and the Cathedral. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.
