History

Early C19, Georgian.

Exterior

3 storey, 2 window, double pile house. Colourwashed plastered front on brick. Gently pitched slate roofs, lead valley and ridges. Plain bargeboards. Deep eaves with moulded cornice to front. truncated brick stacks, except front left. Shallow upper sash to 12 pane 2nd floor windows. 16 pane sashes to 1st and ground floor windows. Plain reveals, stone sills. Central doorcase with gabled hood on consoles, panelled reveals. Modern door. Cambered header arches to modern casement windows on rear. Saw tooth eaves cornice. 2 storey, slate hung cross-wing to rear left. Gabled slate roof, lead ridge.
