Exterior

Mid to later C19. 3 storeys. 2 bays. Slate gabled roof. Roughcast front. Upper windows have been altered and raised and have segmental heads to lights. On ground floor, C19 shop window and doorway; shop window with glazing bars intact; innermost pane canted in towards doorway at right hand end; plain fascia with moulded cornice over; graded II on account of this.

Reasons for Listing

Nos 22-28 (even nos) Old Bridge form a group with Nos 10-20 (even nos) Old Bridge.
