Exterior

cl800, altered, house clad in C20 cedar shingles with imitation slate roof. Rendered W end stack. Three-storey three-window range originally of small pane sashes, now long-paned 6-pane sashes to upper floor, first floor sashes of 3 panes over single pane and ground floor broad fixed plate glass windows. Centre 6-panel door with overlight. Cambered head.

Interior

Inner door with fanlight, dog-leg stair with thin column newels, stick balusters and moulded tread ends.

Reasons for Listing

One of the early houses built in the first phase of the new town cl797-l8l0.
