History

This terrace seems to have been extended from the service wing of The Old Truck House (qv.), but it is uncertain whether any C18 material survives in No 64. The terrace itself dates probably from about 1825, and has been greatly altered in the late C20.

Exterior

This house does appear to have two over two Victorian plate glass sashes.

Interior

Interiors not inspected at the time of resurvey (December 1996).

Reasons for Listing

Nos 64-72 are included for group value with the Old Truck House.
