History

Third-quarter C19 terrace, with mid C20 additions and alterations by the renowned architect and conservationist Sir Clough Williams-Ellis, owner of the Plas Brondanw estate from 1908 until his death in 1978.

Modern boarded door with square, 9-pane sash windows to R to ground and first floors; 16-pane steel-framed windows to L on both floors.
