History

Probably early C19 remodelled C20. To the rear the early courtyard of Otter Court is retained.

Exterior

Small Georgian house/shop now used as surgery, attached at each side. Walls are scored rendered and painted; machine-tile roof. Three storeys and cellar. Single window front of 12-pane sashes in shallow reveals. Ground floor has C20 multipane shopfront and recessed entrance left.

Reasons for Listing

Included as a Georgian building and an integral part of the streetscape, for group value with other listed buildings in the street, especially No.22.
