History

The smaller of 2 similar much modernised houses in court to rear of Nos 92-3 Lammas Street, one of the group surviving courts at this end of Lammas Street. Marked on 1834 map.

Exterior

Paired house, painted rubble stone, slate roof with red brick stack behind ridge at left end. Continuous with No 1 to right. Two-storey, single-window range, with C20 uPVC windows to left, above and below and uPVC door to right (paired with door to No 1). All openings with cambered brick surrounds, brick pier between doors. S gable end painted rendered.

Reasons for Listing

Included notwithstanding loss of detail as part of one of the few remaining C19 courtyard developments in Carmarthen
