Early to mid C19.

Exterior

No.32 with painted brick one-window front has 12-pane sash windows. On ground floor (L) pedimented doorcase to left hand with panelled reveals, partly fielded, and modern door.

Reasons for Listing

A row of mid C19 houses preserving overall character despite some alterations. No 30 is listed only for group value, as a structural part of this row of three-storey houses. The row has group value with other listed buildings in The Watton.
