History

Early/mid C19 house, probably 1840-50, which is very little altered externally since building.

Exterior

Built of roughly coursed rock faced rubblestone (painted) with a Welsh slate roof and red brick stacks. Single depth central entry plan with rear outshut. Two storeys, two windows to each floor. Central doorway with part glazed door and small later slated hood. Twelve-pane sashes. Low pitch roof with stack at either gable.
