History

Substantial terraced house, probably earlier C19, restored in late C20. Continuous eaves with No 9, possibly of one build.

Exterior

Terraced house and shop, painted stucco with slate roof and flat eaves. Three storeys, three-window range, offset to right with horned sashes to upper floor, all with narrow marginal panes. Stone sills. Ground floor has C20 half-glazed door to left and two C20 plate glass shop windows, one each side of C20 glazed door with overlight.

Ground floor interior altered.

Included for its special interest as a late Georgian style front of group value with row Nos 5-13 Market Street.
